Today was awesome, we did our first church wide impact day. It absolutely rocked. We handed out over 900 bottles of water for free as the intersection of Cedar and Aurelius.
Some people acted as if we did not even exist where as others were truly touched by a simply act of kindness. Thanks to all who came out today to help it was a lot of fun and really touching to our community.
When people would ask “How much” we said “Free”, there response “Why” our response “Just showing Gods love in a practical way.” You should have seen there face, Amazed and wow.
People honked in support and once because they were mad because someone held up traffic, no names Susan Henley.
But the day was incredible, one person who helped out said I thought this would be weird and awkward, it was actually really fun and rewarding.
It really was loving people no strings attached.
