Growing up I never really liked coffee but then something clicked in my taste. All of the sudden coffee was something that I actually enjoyed, especially after late nights trying to cram for the big college test or to wake up after at night out with friends.
Now I by no means am a coffeeholic, in fact there are weeks that go by with none at all. But when I get tired or stressed, a little trip to Biggby is just what the doctor ordered. I love a grande Carmel Marvel with an extra shot of Espresso.
Espresso is a serious drink. Just a tiny cup of it packs a powerful caffeinated punch. Double it and it is like taking a ride on a roller coaster of caffeine. In much the same way our lives can make a powerful impact on those around us. The way we express ourselves sends messages good and bad. I know a lot of people who are great at expressing themselves and others who bottle it all in.
I am starting a new series at Journey that promises to caffeinate your Christianity as you understand what it means to Espresso Yourself in ways that glorify God and build up others.
So Invite a Friend and we will see ya this Sunday at 10:00 am at Journey. You won’t want to miss this series.
